What data and why

• Customers (booking, subscription, customer account): name, email, phone, parking address, vehicle (make, model, licence plate), before/after photos of the vehicle, wash history. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Payment goes through Stripe: ParkWash never sees your card number.
• Companies sending a request: contact details and information about the car park. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
• Operator applicants: contact details, equipment, availability, motivation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps.
• B2B prospecting: business contact details of companies (name, address, phone, website, mainly generic email addresses such as info@) taken from public sources (company website, OpenStreetMap, Google Maps). The company’s public website is read automatically to personalise the message, and email opens and clicks are measured. Legal basis: legitimate interest. You can object at any time through the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Recipients and processors

• Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany (website server and database).
• OVHcloud (mailboxes, France) and Brevo (email sending, France).
• Stripe Payments Europe (online payment, Ireland).
• OpenAI (help drafting prospecting emails, United States — transfers covered by standard contractual clauses).
• Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland (advertising and measurement, only with your cookie consent).
• ParkWash operators, only for the information needed to carry out the wash.

Retention

• Customer data: as long as the account is active, then the legal retention period for accounting records for invoices.
• Before/after photos: 12 months after the wash.
• Prospecting: up to 3 years after the last contact. If you unsubscribe, we keep only the email address so as not to contact you again.
• Applications: 1 year.

Necessary cookies: signing in to your account, remembering your language and your cookie choice.

Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads), only if you accept them in the banner: they measure which ads lead to a visit, a request or a booking, and let us show you ads later. Your choice lasts 6 months and can be changed at any time with the “Cookies” button at the bottom left.
