Terms and conditions of sale
These terms apply to every booking and subscription on parkwash.pro. The French version prevails.

1. Provider
ParkWash, a service operated by Raphaël Sellami, Liège, Belgium — info@parkwash.pro.
2. Services
Waterless washing of vehicles where they are parked, according to the packages and add-ons described on the Prices page.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, including VAT, as shown at the time of booking. Group and subscription discounts only apply with a valid promo code; the best discount applies, without combining.
4. Booking and payment
Booking is done online. Payment is made by card when booking, through Stripe. A confirmation is sent by email.
5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions (weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly) are charged automatically each cycle, with no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from “My subscription”; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
6. Performance
The customer provides a correct address and vehicle and makes sure the vehicle can be reached at the chosen time. The customer does not need to be present. If the vehicle cannot be reached or the weather does not allow a quality wash, ParkWash offers a new time slot.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from their order by writing to info@parkwash.pro. Withdrawing before the wash gives a full refund within 14 days. If the consumer expressly asks for the wash to take place within that period, the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed.
8. Complaints and damage
Complaints about a wash or damage must be reported within 48 hours to info@parkwash.pro, preferably with photos. The before/after photos of each wash serve as a reference. ParkWash is liable for direct damage resulting from its fault.

10. Governing law
Belgian law. Disputes fall under the courts of Liège, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Consumers may also contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (www.mediationconsommateur.be).
